After studying at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, Jill qualified as a Nutritional Therapist. She is a member of professional body BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) which has a strict code of ethics. She has reached the occupational standards of the Department of Health's, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and she is registered on the NHS Directory of complementary and alternative practitioners.
Jill is also a Foresight Practitioner (The Association for Pre-Conceptual Care), which enables her to help clients with pre-conceptual care, pregnancy and infertility problems.
Jill has a passion for food and uses food and nutrition to give people the power to achieve optimum health. She establishes an individual's health status and works with clients to implement changes in diet to improve their health using personalised dietary and nutritional advice. Clients are treated in a holistic way and motivated to make the required changes with ongoing support.
Jill wants to share her passion about food to change your life for the better. Nutritional therapy aims to get to the root of your health problems rather than simply addressing the symptoms, treating each person as an individual.
